Room was comfortable and clean upon arrival. Front counter personnel were friendly and helpful. However, the room was not cleaned after the first night by the cleaning crew, even though we know they were working other rooms in the area.

It's a DUMP. The tub had actually been patched. Who does that?? No cover on the bathroom light. Trim coming off the walls. Oh, and the cops made an arrest in the parking lot....took three cars. Folks, just DON'T. Keep driving.

Good room but why do I have pay 50 deposit in ren

I was found the room clean and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the help was average. Paying a deposit for a room was not reasonable and I will not stay at a Quality Inn again till that policy is changed.

Cons: Should not be on your list. Felt uncomfortable there.
This motel is used as extended stay . People were up and out of their units all hours of the night just seemed to be hanging out. Room smelled of very strong bleach. At least we knew it was clean. People at the check in were very nice.

Yikes... at least there was clean towels.

Pros: The bedding and towels looked to be clean and in newer condition.
Cons: Repair the bathroom, new carpet and new upholstered chairs.
Location: Very easy to find and close to restaurants and highways. Very easy to get to the UofArk campus.
In fairness, it was cheap and the towels and bedding were clean. The rest of the room was what I would describe as scary. I had to use towels to cover the upholstered chairs before I would even set my bag on them and the carpet looked so gross I left shoes on (not just socks) unless in bed. The paint and drywall was actually falling out in chunks above and into my shower, and there was mold and mildew in all the corners and along the ceiling of the bathroom. The shower head had a bunch of luxurious settings but was broken. I got one setting that was the needle piercing spray, but there seemed to be great water pressure. They did have a very clean looking pool.

Days Inn, Fayetteville- Nice

Pros: Close to many restaurants and not far from the campus
Cons: Hotel access. It's off the I-49 off-ramp, which is a one-way South. To access from the South requires you to go West a few blocks, then N, then backS
Location: Lots of restaurants locally- many within walking distance. Major retailers close as well
Bit of an older hotel but it's been remodeled. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Missed breakfast as it ended at 9 and it was a Daylight Savings weekend where we lost an hour of sleep. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great price and good room.

Pros: The cleanliness and size of the room.
Cons: In my room they needed to fix the tile in the bathroom but as far as my stay was concerned that was it.
Location: I was there to visit my daughter at the U of A and was impressed by the location of the hotel.
I checked in at the last moment not realizing I would have to stay longer than I did. To my surprise I found a hotel that met and in most cases exceeded my expectations. The only real issues I had was with gaps in the tile in the bathtub area and being hit with a pet fee which I did not expect. But overall I would stay there again.
