Clean

The hotel was clean and comfortable but the staff miscommunication was annoying when I checked in I was told I pay at time of check out then that night of our stay I got a call that I needed to pay or leave this upset me greatly I went and paid after the call no problem we were suppose to get a room with a whirlpool tub two person we ended up with a jetted tub. The hotel charges extra for using a card for the insurance of the room or something and you don't get free breakfast we had to pay 21 dollars for little to no breakfast I was very disappointed

Pros: Cleanliness, Comfort, Convenience, Quietness
Cons: The scrambled eggs must have come out of a box. Not good at all.
Location: Next to the interstate and restaurants
A most pleasant experience at a reasonable price. A quiet hotel with a comfortable bed and amenities. Breakfast was very good (except the scrambled eggs) with a big choice of items for a set price of $9.95.

Nice hotel within walking distance to restaurants.

Pros: Clean room and quiet.
Cons: N/A
Location: Close to Interstate, restaurants and Sprindale Convention Center.
We arrived on an off day as the hotel was quiet with few guests as it was a couple of days after Christmas. Some minor noise from trash truck on the east side of hotel due to a fast food restaurant being next door. I was in town last week and attempted to grab a room at the last minute and no rooms were available due to a convention being in town which is also within walking distance. Will stay here again.

Great Hotel - will stay again!

Great hotel. Warm cookies when you check in, very friendly customer service, very nice room and quiet. When booked thru this site, room rate excludes complimentary breakfast, which is not stated in the hotel confirmation and your card will be charged the minute you make the reservation regardless of when your date of travel is. Room rate is same if you call the hotel direct. Paid for a room a week before I used it and would have had to pay for breakfast had the front desk not taken mercy on me.

Great hotel

Stayed 2 nights here and it was a wonderful stay. Front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful, quick check in. Happy hour is an added bonus with snacks and drink specials. Beds were extremely comfortable. Nice little gym.

Great place to stay.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
The staff there, in particular, a desk clerk named Judy, were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. There was a mix-up on my room reservations, they fixed the problem, and gave us additional cookies. Those cookies were warm, delicious, fresh from the oven. Next time I plan a trip to Springdale, Ark, I will definitely book a room at the Doubletree-Hilton.

Everything We Needed

Our family just stayed here in January for a tournement at the All Star Sports Arena which real close by. Location was ideal due to easy & central access to I-540 and MANY fastfood restautrants right next door. Cracker Barrel was close too. Hotel was not very big though. Kids loved the 42" HDTV's with reasonably priced movies and games, big breakfast, & indoor pool. We parents loved the bar, room service, free fitness center & business center, sauna and hot tub, microwave, mini refrigerator, free wireless. The breakfast bufffet also included cooked to order items and was worth the extra cost. But we found out afterward we could have gotten a Bed & Breakfast Package and paid less. Our family and whole volleyball team will go back here everytime we come to Northwest Arkansas. Nice staff too.
