checked into room the lights didn't work dark in the early evening bad area my car would not have lasted over night. Didn't stay there that night call travelocity they wouldn't talk to me as they said you made a agreement no refund. Will not use travelocity again! Terrible hotel!

When I arrived check took over 30 minutes. Clerk ran my card when I didn't want that card ran and all he said was my bad! Got to the room it was not worth $80.00 the bath tub was dirty the hotel provided one hand towel to dry with when there were two people in the room when asked several times for more towels we were ignored. The ceiling was falling apart. There was holes in the ceiling above the shower. The bed was so uncomfortable sleeping in the car would have been better than this bed! I woke up with insect bites on my legs and arms my fiancé woke up with bites on her legs. At 2am we heard people in the room above us jumping up and down on the floors and yelling. This hotel was so bad I wouldn't even put my dog up at it. If I could get my money back for this hotel that is what I would demand. It was so not worth the $80.00 do not waste the money for this hotel!

Is what it is

Pay as little as possible to stay here. It is old and bruised. There is no HBO (I only wrote this last part because they say I have to write more beyond what I originally wanted to write "Pay as little as possible to stay here.") Still not enough. Okay. Crystal Bridges Museum - about ten minutes away - is a world class facility filled with docents who know very little about any thing in the collection.

great deal

the room was very nice. had a comfortiable bed and a large flat screen tv. there was a small amount of what looked to be mold in the shower.
