Cons: Everything I know a hotel 8 is not a Helton but it could be better
Location: Location was good.
The TV was not working at first had to call the desk and then she told us oh u You have to turn on the hall light. The internet was on off off off would be on you iPad and it would go no internet. The breakfast if you call it breakfast was only pancakes did not see any. Coffee. To say the least we got out of there early.

You pay for what you get- Awful, old and smelly

I will not stay at this property again. The moldy, dirty smell was overwhelming, and it was worse in the room. The property is old and outdated, and the bed linens were very questionable. We arrived after 7 pm, and none of the outside property lights were on- not very welcoming or safe. The toilet was also broken, which should have been caught by the housekeeping staff when they "cleaned" the room after the last guest.

smelly, dirty motel

We stayed at this motel because many of us liked the low price, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". Only, I felt like I got ripped off even with the low price. The rooms smelled like dirty gym socks, the carpet was stained, I was afraid to use the bed for fear of bugs, although I had no bad side effects from the bed. I will be requesting that my family find a new place for our reunion accommodations from now on. If you don't care about absolute cleanliness and you don't have a sense of smell, then this motel would be ok for you.
