Room wasn’t very clean. When we first walked into the room, there were two dead roaches in front of us. There was dead roaches on each side of the beds and a dog chew toy under the bed along with hair in the shower.

We apologize for your experience. We take our pest control very seriously. Every now and again guests bring in pests. So we do monthly pest control. So sometimes there will be dead bug letting us know it is working. Always let front desk know of these issues. Thank you.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable & the TV had many stations & great reception. I was satisfied and will remember this location as a good place to stay! There were a few "not so good" issues. The shower was very slippery. There was no decaffeinated coffee at the Breakfast bar (very disappointing). The Pool & Hot Tub were out of order.

Was afraid there would be noise from the airport but there wasn’t. Some stairwells needing cleaning. Pool/spa out of service due to extreme cold weather. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was good. Glad to see things getting back to normal after Covid. Hotel was undergoing renovations, so it was a little unsightly but was to be expected.
