This hotel is subpar - no lights for reading in bed, no coffee machine anywhere, no utensils or dishes in kitchenettes, towel supply inadequate, untidy and dark. The price was around $160.00. Ridiculous.

WORST EXTENDED STAY HOTEL EVER in Bentonville!!

Pros: The room was clean is about all we can say!
Cons: BE A TRUE EXTENDED STAY HOTEL!! TELL PARENTS TO KEEP KIDS QUIET!!
Location: TERRIBLE BUSY STREETS AT EITHER END!!! Had to turn R to go down and make U Turn!! All kinds of eating places 3 to 5 miles away!!
Got to the Value Extended Stay Hotel, Had called and notified that I was handicapped and would need a room on the 1st floor close to the front entrance. Got to the hotel and they gave us a room on the 4th floor BUT even with an elevator that meant an additional length of time to get to room and IF something happened the possibility of not getting out due to stairs!! Then when we get to the room, discovered NO coffee pot, NO silverware, NO plates, NO pots N pans!! It did have a refrig with freezer, a microwave and a stove top. Asked about a coffee pot and they gave us one BUT we had to pay for it!! YOU Could ALSO PURCHASE silverware for 4 for $30. Didn;t ask about the plates nor cups or glasses!! If you wanted fresh towels, YOU had to put used ones in a laundry basket, and take to the front desk!! IYou also had to go to front desk IF you needed additional!! You ALSO HAD to carry your own trash to the trash BIN!! NO WONDER THIS PLACE WAS 3/4 the costs!! THE PLACE WAS NOISEY!! KIDS RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE HALL SCREAMING!! On Sat. nite it sounded as IF there was A BIG domestic fight - slamming against walls and possible gun shot!! TERRIBLE!! HAD resevered a room for daughter and companion BUT they decided to go some where else and pay for their own room!!

This is a no frills hotel with kitchen!

Pros: Cleanliness!
Cons: Being older I could not use the back outside door because it wanted to stick. Shut down elevator to paint one morning. Don't do stairs!
Location: Northwest Arkansas!
I found the entire location very clean. This is a no frills hotel and there seemed to be a package for all the extras. Did not have dishes or pans in the kitchen, I guess that was an extra fee. It was summer and while I wanted the kitchen I brought paper products so I was not out the cost of dishes.

Simple but smells

It was a clean quiet place. Customer service was great. Bed was uncomfortable and it smelled as if someone smoked about 12 hrs ago. Plenty of parking. I would rate it 2 stars.
