Difficult reservation and stay from start to finish. Pre-paid for double room for 2 adults and 2 children. Upon arrival was told that no double room was available, and only a single room with king bed and sofa was available. Night time clerk did his best. contacted night manager at my request and was told not to call manager with customer concerns. Extremely unprofessional. Room was dirty, only one set of towels for the entire family to share, one bed to share, mold and bugs. Next day the morning manager was more helpful, but still had to call multiple times to get a refund from Expedia. Breakfast is instant oatmeal, muffin and coffee. This hotel is well suited for those looking for a budget friendly no frills accommodation for extended stays in the area. Not recommended to families, or anyone who has expects to be treated with any level of customer service. You get what you pay for in this case.
