Friendly, helpful staff, nice facility. However the parking garage needs better security. There was no room key requirement to access the parking garage, or hotel access lobby door.

i liked it was close to rail service,rooms were clean and most of the staff very helpful. i didn't like the fact our rome cars didn't work the second day and we were charged a extra 50.00 to get new cards they should have given us new cards

Excellent location next to the Metro Station. Very clean and welcoming facility. We really enjoyed the location next to a Safeway Supermarket, the Metro Station, restaurants and stores.

The hotel is very nice, but over half of the rooms have windows into an interior hall. The hotel calls them “atrium” view, but you can’t actually see out into the atrium. We were able to change it to an exterior window and they were kind enough not to charge for the upgrade.

Not what we booked on-line.

Pros: Clean, nice decor, good location.
Cons: Put an entrance into the parking lot at the adjacent light so you didn't have to make a u-turn on a busy street every time.
Location: It is a busy street with lot of restaurants and shops along the 4 mile corridor. We did a lot of eating and the food was good!
When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that they had us in a King Room with city views. We booked a 2 queen room with city views and I had the paperwork to back it up. However, they were sold out of the 2 queen room. We had 4 people in our party and there was no sleeper sofa, just a chair. So, at first they brought one roll away bed, still leaving 1 person short a bed. We requested another roll away bed which completely took away any walking space in the room, but at least we all had a bed. Unfortunately, I got stuck on a roll away bed and it was not at all comfortable. UGH. My back still hurts today even after sleeping in my own bed last night. There is nothing at this hotel for children. They removed the pool when they remodeled in January (of course, we didn't know this when we booked it because we had read great reviews of the awesome pool and sauna and nothing about both of them being removed.) The hotel was nice and clean. We had dinner Saturday night at Olives restaurant in the hotel. It was practically empty and we're not sure why, other than there being so many other restaurants to choose from in the area. The food was very good and the pineapple mojito was delicious!
