When I checked in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Hair clippings on the floor and matter on toilet seat. Called front desk and after 30 min with no relief called again and stated I wanted someone ASAP to come and clean. The housekeeper was very nice and apologetic (even though not her floor). Little surprised no discount or complimentary anything even offered by front desk
