The room was cold during the entire time and thermostat did not work. We did get extra blankets but that didn't help much. The Thanksgiving dinner at BIN 189 was a disaster. No buffet as advertised, and service was long due to few servers.

We reached 3 hrs. earlier and was told that will be called when our room was ready. Never got the call. Actually, didnt get the room till 4:20 or so. The AC would run and when it stopped then it would sound like someone was banging on the door. Then could hear people walking on the upper floor. Couldnt sleep all night. Paid lot of money for the room but was not worth it at all. Didnt enjoy our trip.

Our housekeeping and front desk team do their best to accommodate early check-in requests, however, sometimes rooms are not available until our posted check-in time. Everything went fine except the AC was broken. Heat coming out from AC. We were unable to sleep well on our first night. I had to open the sliding door at 3am. They offered another room coz it’s not a easy fix for the AC however it’s too far from our room that we don’t want to transfer everything for just one night. We just left the sliding door all day and night.

Hotel must still be suffering from lack of service employees from Covid. Very limited wait/service staff in housekeeping, bar, restaurant. Limited (expensive) daily food menu. Breakfast (@ $30/person) is basic at best. Tables sit for quite a while with plates, glasses, silverware from diners who left the eating/bar/patio areas. For approx. $350/weekend night (all in), the hotel has some work to do to get 'back to normal' to provide a service level equal to its price.
