This hillside retreat is located right off Highway 18, taking you through the breathtaking scenery of Kaufel Canyon Road. This cabin offers a furnished deck with a gas grill and a panoramic view to the west. There is a second deck ideal for birdwatching or just lounging among the treetops. Inside you will find a full kitchen and a dining nook for enjoying home-cooked meals. And in the evenings or on lazy days, relax in the cozy living room complete with cozy seating and a gas fireplace. Free WiFi rounds out your home's essentials.

Just two miles from this rental, Arrowhead Village offers shopping, cuisine, seasonal entertainment, and special events. Find year-round fun for all ages at Santa's Village in Sky Park, only two miles from your front door. Snow Valley offers skiing, snowboarding, and sledding, all just 13 miles east on CA-18. Spring and summer offers visitors various hiking, 4x4, and mountain biking trails throughout the valley. And just eight-and-a-half miles west is the town of Crestline which offers antiquing and additional shopping.

I took my granddaughter to Santa’s Village for her Christmas gift. We rented this cabin because of the close proximity to SV and everything else. We loved the cabin and really enjoyed having a fire every night. It’s nice that it’s right off the main highway but far enough in so it was quiet. Will definitely rent here again.

The location was great as we were there to ride bikes at SkyPark at Santa's Village and this is only 3 miles from it. The cabin was easy to locate. Parking tight, one vehicle only! Older and dated but overall nice. Loved the balcony and deck. Liked that there are 2 bathrooms. Then we went to bed :( The bed to the right of the stairs, with the black metal frame was so squeaky and wobbly that every move by myself or my husband woke us up; mattress also not great. The other bed was quiet but mattress VERY firm. Also since it was August was a bit warm for sleeping. Maybe put a stationary fan in the bedrooms? The ceiling fan in the living room was great! Didn't use kitchen or TVs, WiFi was good.
