Terrible experience
First room we were sent to wasn’t even cleaned. Looked like a tornado rolling through a Trailor court. Did move us to a different room. Next night key cards weren’t working. Waited in the lobby 20 minutes for an employee to show up. Worst hotel experience in Billings ever besides motel 6

It was a good last-minute booking, but the room was clearly not well kept. Much of the furniture and the doors were damaged/stained. There is also a railway right behind the hotel that was very noisy.

Side door didn’t shut or lock, took 15 for staff to show up in lobby, room was considered ready with no towels, Kleenex, or coffee supplies. Carpet was dirty, looked like food was spilled and not cleaned up.

The toilet runs the bathroom door has water damage on the bottom one side of one of the beds reak like cigarette smoke and the sitting chair needs to be replaced it seem like it was really dirty

They were unable is use my credit card. And discover said it was the hotels fault.. not ours or the credit card company. Could have Been a problem for staying. The wallpaper was peeling. Things ripped off wall. Tv didn’t Work.
