Well the bed was comfortable. The tub/shower had dirty grout & the shower head wasn’t mounted to the tile. The service in the restaurant was horrible & nobody seemed to care. This hotel seems like it should be branded as a Hampton Inn because it wasn’t up to the level of a DoubleTree. Will not go back.

The room was not very clean. No refrigerator and the bathroom was cramped. Staff was great and friendly. The Montana Bar nice and friendly.

Excellent parking availability for downtown . Beautiful views from the room . And the 22 floor view is very pretty .

Parking was horrible, pull out bed was aweful and i have no sheets or blankets to make the bed when we arrived at 11pm! Starbucks was closed down and they havent replaced it with something else.

There were no amenities at all, no ridges or microwaves in the rooms, and for the cost of the rooms you would have thought there would have been, definitely not family oriented, and the lack of communication from the staff was disappointing

So they advertise what they call 2-bedroom suites. They are not 2-bedrooms. It’s one bedroom and a living room. 2 bathrooms so that’s a plus I guess.
