REALLY cool hotel room!

Cons: Casino needs smoke-free areas!!!
I've stayed in a lot of hotel rooms, but this one was the most unique I've ever stayed in. Absolutely loved the glass bathroom with a view of the gulf from both the sink area and the shower.

Great experience!

We really liked the Hard Rock Hotel. The rooms were awesome and a lot of them have great views of the Gulf. The pool is really nice and it has a very large hot tub. The best part is the staff, they were all very friendly and everyone went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay.

Not a good place to take kids, of any age.

Cons: not kid friendly, smell of stale cigarette smoke, located on a beach with no beach access for guests
I brought my 2 teenagers figuring they'd love all the rock'n'roll memorabilia. The ONLY activity for kids is the pool, which closes promptly at 10pm. No lounge, no gameroom, only a ping pong table costing $5 per hour to play which was an insult. I actually asked the conceriage what there was for kids to do and he asked if they brought their video games! Then he said they could walk next door to the game room at the Beau Rivage! Every hotel I've ever been to has some public space where kids can wander in, but not this one. And to top it off, THERE IS NO BEACH! I saw the hotel on the map as being right on the gulf. It is right on the gulf, or in the gulf. They left no access beach at all for hotel guests. Finally, the hotel does have an awful stale cigarette stench, even in the non smoking rooms. Place was a big bummer.

Management is a joke

Employees should be well trained before they hit the floor. Never have I seen such rude, out of line, un helpful workers in my life. Will not be back.

This has to be the cleanest hotel rooms on the coast.

Pros: Close restaurants, variety of slots, clean
My wife and I have stayed in several casinos in the Biloxi area. Generally all of the casinos have the same amenities to offer. One of the things that really set Hard Rock apart was the cleanliness of there casino and the rooms. We were very impressed with the condition of the casino. I look forward to our next trip to Hard Rock.

We love stayin here while traveling.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, affordable, comfortable beds
Hard Rock Hotel is convenient, clean, comfortable and affordable. We enjoy the friendly staff and the convenience to the casino from your room. The view of the gulf is beautiful. We plan our stays in conjunction with our visiting our daughter and son-in-law in Lafayette several times during the year.
