I was double charged by the two ladies at the front desk, and they REFUSED to give me a reciept. I asked, and asked for a receipt and they just kept saying travelocity will SEND me a receipt. I tried to explain to them, that they charged me twice, she said thats how they do, first travelocity charges me and then they charge me too. I said if you are running my card, then you should be giving me a receipt!!!!! She just kept saying, ' we dont provide receipts'.... I have no idea why ANYONE would think its ok to double charge a guest and the REFUSE, ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO PROVIDED A RECEIPT....

I am sorry for this miscommunication happened but I want to assure you that we didn’t charge any amount to your card at check in .we will make sure all guests will get a receipt when they swipe a card here for just incidental issues.

Great time in Bay St. Louis!

Location: There are several great restaurants in Bay St. Louis. We enjoyed lunch at Tripletales Bar & Grill, a 3 storied, decks all around, establishment.
In town for Cruisin the Coast. Our usual motel was booked, as was most everything else. Rates were jacked up sky high all over the coast. We love the small town atmosphere of Bay St. Louis, but had never stayed there. We were lucky to find this motel & are really glad we did. The staff was very nice. The room was very clean & comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.

Stay Away

Cons: Poor breakfast
This Hotel looks like to went through the hurricane and was not fixed back up.
