oversold units. arrived at 10:25 PM. had choice of waiting an hour or going to another hotel. decor needed replacing.

We were overcharged, and expected to fix it

Booked through Travelocity. Called the Saturday prior to change reservation with hotel to just one night, they showed record if it, but still charged us both nights, said we had to take care of it. They should have remedied the situation upon our check in. Very disappointed with customer service.

Worst Courtyard.....EVER!!!!

This was the worst hotel stay my husband and I have had in 15 years!!! The staff at this establishment needed some lessons on true customer service. Their dismissive attitude left us cold. They did nothing to try and control the noise of a group of guests. Yelling down hallways is never okay - even in Alabama. Even worse, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and left us with backaches for both days we stayed!. Additionally, The housekeeping staff did not place proper amenities - like hair dryers or the proper number of towels - in each room. Also, the bistro has very limited hours. All in all, a very poor example of a Courtyard hotel.
