There was quite a bit of LOUD banging...maybe doors closing, but loud enough to wake. Also, the pool was not open and everything not quite as clean. Breakfast ok, but nothing special.

The customer service was at the front desk was terrible. Obviously he was having a bad day. I didn't need his grouchy attitude after driving for the last 12 hours. The continental breakfast did not look appetizing, I took an apple.

This property is convenient to the meeting i want to attend. This time the first room we were assigned wasn't clean. However, the 2d one was clean. But there was a very high pitched sound that came on early on the morning of 5/14 and again later that evening. it may have been mechanical. we've never had that sound in our room the previous times we've stayed .
