Overall a great hotel!
Quick and efficient check in, polite reception staff. The room was in good condition and very clean, quiet with a nice view from the 9th floor. The complimentary breakfast is a great idea, lovely food and plenty of it! Overall I would recommend this hotel without hesitation, a very useful location for central Birmingham.
