We stayed for two nights, hotel is so much smaller than it appears in the photos, it’s not as social as the description suggests, bed was standard double and uncomfortable, food over priced (don’t even get fries with a burger!) overall it didn’t live up to expectations or cost.

Great choice for central Birmingham.
Lovely hotel with good facilitates and great location. Staff is lovely and really went out of they're way on service. Will be staying again on my next work trip.

The menu at the restaurant can use an improvement. Other than that, spent 3 nights in 2 different rooms. First room stayed 2 nights and no cleaning or towel changing service provided. 3rd night upgraded the room and was happy with it. Restaurant menu very limited. Lounge are quite nice, staff polite, easy parking around. Overall experience 3 out of 5.
