During Covid “extra” house cleaning must be done. (I know more expense). But my clean white socks were clearly dirty from walking in the room. Illustrates the level of house cleaning

We have stayed at the Vagabond several times and have had very good experiences. This time we we somewhat dissatisfied. The room was next to the maid's station with laundry carts next to our door. The mattress was hard and sloped down slightly from the middle. The shower pressure was so low it was hard to rise off, and bathroom lighting was dim. None of these things were problems on our other stays at the Vagabond.

The facilities were nice...except we booked the hotel because it had a hot tub but to find out it wasn't working. When we reported it nothing was done and no follow-up back to us to our room.
