This apartment is based in the historic Millars Maltings complex, sharing the main private entrance with Loft 2 and Loft 4, two 2 bedroom apartments. Each apartment has it's own private entrance door and guests have access to the whole apartment.
Parking is on street outside the entrance to the Millars business complex, not on site. There is free street parking or there is a paid car park across the road/ train station. Between 7pm and 7am you may park onsite in the car park at the back near to the bridge, however all vehicles must be strictly gone by 7am. There is also some flexibility on weekends to park in the car park around the back near the bridge. If you have to pull up to drop things off, please do not block any of the doors. Please DO NOT park infront of any of the doors along the building.
As you enter through the main front door, the modern newly refurbished staircase takes you up onto the landing, where you will find Loft 3 on the left with its own private entrance door. To the left of the apartment is the inviting lounge with an amazing high vaulted ceiling and a lovely reading area and dining area.
The well equiped modern kitchen can be found up two steps off the lounge. It is well equipped with a fridge freezer, Smeg oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all utensils.
The bathroom with a rainfall shower is to the right of the apartment, next to the beautifully decorated double bedroom. In the bedroom you will enjoy a high ceiling with exposed beams and a spacious built-in wardrobe.
