This apartment is based in the historic Millars Maltings complex, sharing the main private entrance with 2 other Loft apartments. Each apartment has it's own private entrance door and guests have access to the whole apartment.
Parking is on street outside the entrance to the Millars, not on site. There is free street parking or there is a paid car park across the road. Between 7pm and 7am you may park onsite, however all vehicles must be strictly gone by 7am. There is also some flexibility on weekends to park in the car park around the back near the bridge. If you have to pull up to drop things off, please do not block any of the doors.
As you enter through the main front door, the modern newly refurbished staircase takes you up onto the landing, where you will find Loft 2 on the right with its own private entrance door. To the right of the apartment is the inviting open plan dining area and lounge with lovely feature exposed beams and a high vaulted ceiling.
Up the wide spacious stairs, you will enjoy the relaxing mezzanine floor overlooking the whole downstairs lounge and dining area. This relaxation or office space is equipped with a comfortable desk and chair.
The 2 bedrooms are all ensuite with their own bathroom with a rainfall shower. In the bedrooms you will enjoy characterful exposed beams a dressing table and stool and a spacious built-in wardrobe.
Off the lounge there is a utility cupboard equipped with a Bosch washing machine and a cloths airer.
The well equipped modern kitchen can be found just infront of the dining area. It is well equipped with a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all utensils.

There are numerous low level windows throughout the apartment, in both bedrooms and in the lounge and dining areas. There are no locks or barriers on these windows. Special care should be taken when using these windows. For this reason children should be supervised at all times whilst in this apartment.
