The rooms were large with comfortable bedding my pillows were the perfect comfort. Lobby bar was nice with a great selection of vodka. I’d stay there again next time in Bismarck

Staff wasn't helpful at all. There was a mistake with booking. They didn't care. Wouldn't work with us on changing the date or booking an additional trip. Be careful if you stay here, because if anything needs to change they won't work with you and just steals your money. Ver Mean Manager!

No one answering guest service phone or outside line. Guests above us sounded as if they were doing gymnastics. Guest services told me there was nothing they could do about it. Pool guests treading water all over the elevators and entry area covered in water and no hazard cones anywhere. I was very disappointed. I reserved 2 days in advance and paid I had all my itinerary info with me with confirmation numbers but it still took a half hour at check in after my 3 hour drive at midnight. Never again

I got the breakfast that was included with the rate for two people. it was the worst breakfast I've ever had. the breakfast potatoes were look like they had been fried three times and we're just solid chunks of something. My toast was cold and hard as if it has been cooked first thing in the morning and sitting there all morning. It may have even been cooked the day before. It definitely was a disappointment first thing in the morning. The room was a great big room with one desk chair and a couch but there was no sitting chair in the sweet area to watch sit in and watch TV.
