Dissapointing
Room was good but lighting poor also handwash & body bath were totally empty, requested once on arrival and were told housekeeping would sort it in the morning but i wanted to shower and reception staff that he would personally bring which didnt happen , requested again and were told housekeeping will bring in the morning, Had to request again in the morning at 10am and a bottle of handwash was provided , which we were told is the same as body bath, which was not the case as friends in their room had a different one to the hand wash, this was disappointing as one looks to freshen up after a long drive. Breakfast was not good either, sausages were dry & cold , once the Croissant was finished they did not bother to refill

The room and all the facilities were great and very clean. Enjoyed breakfast a good variety for adults and kids. Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.
