Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the balcony of this second-floor, waterfront condo, sitting right on Birch Bay, a protected bay of the east shore of the Salish Sea. You’ll be around 100 miles north of Seattle and 35 miles south of Vancouver, British Columbia, and surrounded by opportunities for outdoor recreation, such as clamming, crabbing, eagle watching, and hiking. Several golf courses are within 10 miles and Birch Bay State Park is only a little over a mile away. Nearby seasonal whale watching, kayak tours, and year-round charter fishing offer even more chances to enjoy the spectacular scenery.

Inside the condo, you’ll find all the comforts of home. Modern furnishings, 9-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, lots of natural light from the west-facing windows, and an open layout will put you in vacation mode as soon as you step through the doors. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances, and the whole gang can eat together at the adjacent dining table. Spend the evening streaming the latest release while you relax in the living room, or head to the shared, waterfront fire pit to roast some marshmallows as night falls. Call it a night in one of two well-appointed bedrooms with the first jaw-dropping sunset behind you - and another to come tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
