The floor is broken and warped, vinyl planks. Noisy and very dated. Bathroom was very poor shape as well. Neighbors had tv on all night and loud. Only slept 4 hours due to the hardness of the bed and noises.

Staff person over the dining area was extremely unfriendly and rude. She stared and glared at us when entering. Never spoke. Even slammed a chair when we said we needed the seat she was attempting to remove from our table. Did not get room serviced when requested. Later asked for towels and got bath mats instead.
