Very Nice hotel, but not quiet. I was on the third floor and could hear cars and motorcycles passing by. Spa sadly closed by 4pm on Sunday. Hotel is close to la Gran Estacion mall, which is great as I love shopping for shoes. Nice restaurants nearby. A nice Juan Valdez coffee shop nearby. Also found Hornitos bakery which I highly recommend.

I was changed the room because of bad smell, mosquitos and to hot, plus the next room room service did not respect the sign to don’t disturb and they entrance to put a snag when we don’t ask for this.

Loved the charm of the Capital Hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quite large and well appointed.I would definitely stay there again. It was convenient to the airport,and within walking distance of a multitude of shopping and dining experiences,although you didn't need to leave the hotel for any meal.. I truly enjoyed the breakfast experience. What a little gem this is!

just arrived, I spoke to the concierge at the desk i am travelling as Canadian and Colombian my residence is overseas, but he charged me the VAT TAX. He did not accept my explanation about tax exemption, he was not aware of the tax law. Very rude for the second time in this hotel but at my last one the customer service is very bad.

Breakfast options is amazing! Sooo many items they offer, it's unbelievable. I recommend this hotel if anyone is deciding where to stay. The area is really safe and easy to walk around. Staffs are really great too and they are very friendly.
