Amazing hotel that is (somewhat) great for special occasions. Stayed in a suite. Pros - stylish hotel, the pool is heated. Cons - staff wouldn't loan me a lighter or matches to light some candles (ridiculous), the TVs aren't smart so you have to ask the staff to give you a thing to connect to the TV and install an app on your phone to broadcast youtube or whatever onto the TV (real pain), and the water in the tub is yellow.

Wonderful modern hotel with great service

The W Bogota is terrific - well designed, comfortable beds, fabulous service. Staff went out of their way to make our honeymoon special. Breakfast buffet was delicious and service there the best we had in any of the hotels on our stay. Large indoor hot tub and steam room were very nice. Very short walk the nice square with great restaurants.
