I’ve never seen a hotel so clean. Because of COVID, it was very appreciative. The staff was helpful with a late check out. The Bistro food was delicious!

Pros: Clean, comfortable, modern, well maintained, lots of parking
The Marriott is usually my go to hotel, I can depend on it to be well maintained, comfortable and usually reasonably priced. It was a bit of a walk to the downtown area but doable if you're a walker. If not, it's an easy drive.

Comfortable, convenient, welcoming

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
The hotel and room decor has been tastefully updated, is welcoming and attractive; rooms are comfortable with plenty of living, sleeping and functioning space. The hotel has computers for flight check in and printing boarding passes; they have computers available for people to read their news or whatever if you don't bring your own computer. There is WiFi in the lobby, and wired internet in the rooms. There is a convenient bistro in the lobby area offering breakfast, light meals and snacks at reasonable prices; wine and cocktails were also reasonable. The outside courtyard is spacious and comfortable. The (indoor) pool and jacuzzi area is nice, and has transfer devices for those unable to get into the pools alone. The hotel is convenient to many restaurants, activities and city center. The only real complaint, which we find in nearly every hotel we stay in, is left over hair. It just seems to happen. We will stay here again.

Good location close to downtown and BSU

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: no free breakfast, not great signage to find the hotel entrance
Nice hotel overall. The room was a little dated, the screen door was off its track and there were no chairs or tables on the tiny patio. No microwave. Nice lobby with cafe and open seating. Friendly staff who printed directions and gave suggestions for things to do. Have to pay close attention to find the entrance off busy broadway street. Circling around to is complicated with one way streets.

Great experience

Very clean, and elegant rooms. Rooms smelled very clean and fresh. Great location to Boise State University, downtown and the zoo. Walking distance to restaurants. The hotels Bistro is good food, but a little pricey. Staff is helpful and friendly. Loved the pool and hot tub. Bonus that the pool is closed to children after ten. We plan on staying at this hotel again when we come to visit.
