This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel and the first room they have me had been smoked in and reaked of cigarettes. I am allergic to cigarettes. So I asked to get another room. That room had also been smoked in. I stayed in it and woke with a terrible headache. I complained again and was put on the top floor which was fine. There was no compensation done other than switching rooms 3 times. I would never ever stay at this hotel ever again. The staff was friendly, however one time when I was waiting for my ride the coffee garden staff member argued with the cleaning lady in front of me. That was very inappropriate.

Even though our rooms are non smoking it has become increasingly difficult to prevent people from doing so. Our staff does all they can to remove any smells from the rooms to help. I agree with your assessment of my staff having arguments in front of guests and will bring this to their attention. Please reach out to the hotel if we can be of further service to you.

We used to stay here, but it has gone down hill. My room was nasty. Smells of urine. I sat in the one chair and was covered in dog hair. Everything was dirt.

They are not professional by any means they lied about a lot of things promising things not following through!!! The breakfast is terrible and they charge for it! Grossly made ugh the top floors have a disgusting stench the beds are dirty and so are the sheets!! The Gap under the doors are creepy the place is scary honestly it looks nice on the website and in person it’s freaky the area it’s in is not ok!!! Brice promised me a compensation for lost amenities and after I didn’t book any were else drove 3 hrs I get there I was told it was a lie!!! Not ok never again staying there

This hotel is very large! Not much around the hotel, but when booking last minute very affordable. Our room was not the best. Top floor, no A/C, fan was loud, toilet ran. Was not a good nights sleep.
