The property had all the things my wife and I need when we travel -- clean room, reasonably safe neighborhood, walkable to downtown shopping and dining, pet friendly, friendly and helpful staff, safe onsite parking, quiet location, and affordable rates. Breakfast was free with the room (at least during our stay) and better than some more expensive hotels we've stayed in (many of which did not offer breakfast). The gym looked good although we did not have the opportunity to use it. There is some noticeable deferred maintenance, but none that adversely affected our stay. If you need amenities such as the pool, call in advance to see whether it will be available. For our non-luxurious needs, we would stay again without hesitation.

I prefer carpet in the room vs hardwood. The property needs updating, and my room could’ve been cleaner. The bedding & towels were clean. I did enjoy the location for walking downtown.

I think dirty, old, run down, and unsafe speak for itself. Drug addicts all over the grounds outside. Empty liquor bottles and trash in the elevator. Filthy restaurant. No locks on any of the outside entrances. Loud music all night and sirens going off all night long. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. It was terrifying! Enough said

This property is used by the City to house homeless and displaced immigrants. Not a safe feeling environment. Our room had a shower tile missing and the chair in the main room was really dirty. The hall ways were dingy. Just not a good vibe for a name brand hotel. U
