All of our fireplaces are in working order within the resort and run regularly depending on the temperature. Condo owners hold the option to refuse fireplace accessibility which is clearly stated in the description of each unit. The condominiums are individually outfitted by the owner and operate on the owners basis. We hope you took advantage of our 24 hour maintenance team to address the unit's fireplace issue and work towards fixing it. Our staff is always happy to help.
