As others have commented, the property is dated, but was clean. The young man who checked us in was efficient, but not overly friendly. Semi reasonably priced for peak season and location was convenient to our travel and event plans for the following day

This place is really a hidden gem for what I needed. I was flying out of Portland airport on a 6AM flight so I wanted to be closer to the airport the night before, The lodging options closer to Portland where three times the cost. This was about 30 minutes away and a very easy drive (all interstate). The rooms were very clean and updated. I have stayed in 4 star rooms that were not as nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to support a local independent owner as well. They are to be commended on operating such a nice place. I will definitely use this place again.

It was comfortable and affordable, I guess no assigned parking in front of your room as we left and came back and our space was taken.. had to park on the other side. They use frebreeze in the room wjhich I am allergic to first night was rough but after that I aired out the room and put the ac on to lesson the smell

Very easy to find and large parking lot. I used the desk and the chair and they were very confortable. Bathroom was plain but spotless. Towels were tiny but I usually bring one of my own.

Older Property Well Maintained

Pros: Easy access to all points North and South
Cons: Can't really complain, everything worked and was well kept
Location: Downtown Brunswick is an easy walk from the property and as mentioned before there is easy on and off access to all points North and South.
The hotel is located right off of Route 1 North and about a mile from the I295 exit in Brunswick Maine, so it's a great choice if you want easy access north or south to any of the other areas of central Maine. The Hotel has been there for a long time but it's in no way meant as a slag to the property. The rooms a neat and clean and everything you need to make your stay better is well within reach. The staff was very friendly and was very helpful. If you are looking for an upscale hotel this is not the place for you, if however you are looking for an inexpensive hotel to lay your head then you'll be happy with the property.
