AC wasn’t working, maintenance supposed to come and fix it, but never came. We had to open and use the fridge to get some cold air out! We requested to change beddings and they never came! Terrible room! It’s dirty my mom got sick it was so humid. Would never stay at this hotel ever!

Best asset- close to the beach

1. Shuttle service very good- at the airport a van was waiting to take us to the boat. The speedboat ride from caticlan to boracay was about five minutes. Then another shuttle took us to the hotel. When we left boracay the shuttles/speed boat were on time and speedy as well. 2. Room- very minimal. Two beds, a nighstand, and a counter with the fridge and safe. Tv with so-so reception. No chairs or drawers or closet in the room. There was a rack with five hangers above the counter to hang a few things. Tiny balcony with small table and two chairs. AC worked well. Bathroom had soap and shampoo. Hot shower worked. The shower stall had no door so the floor of the bathroom would get very wet when showering. 3. Towels- they provided four bath towels. They were quite worn out. Beach towels were 50p apiece. When we asked for new bath towels it took a long time to receive them (next day). When the shower was clogged it took maybe 30 mins for someone to come fix it. When we ran out of toilet paper they came immediately. 4. Breakfast- just ok. We ate their breakfast 3 days in a row and on our last morning we decided to go to a different restaurant. 5. We did not use the pool. We ate in the pool area though. Calamari was good 6. Beach- the property is right in the beach. That area is right in the middle of everything- lots of vendors and restaurants right there. The hotel has some umbrellas and lounge chairs on the beach (free for guests) but not too many

Been here 6 times before but Never Again

Pros: On the Beach
Cons: It could have in-room WIFI as advertised, it could have a decent breakfast and helpfull staff
Location: Beach
Well we love Boracay and have been to this Hotel at least a half a dozen times, but this time was terrible. The place expanded from about 200 rooms to about 500 rooms. Now there is no WIFI except in one cafeteria near the beach. The staff are numerous but clueless they have dozens of Hotel and Restaurant college interns ( you will know them by their plain white shirts) doing the scutt work, cleaning the widows with newspaper sweeping the floor and the regular staff turns over so often no one knows where anything is or how anything is done. It took 3 days of asking to finally get beach Towels and that was luckily as they were delivered at 1:00 am. The free breakfast has degenerated into terrible cafeteria style "prison food". This place was once a charm but not any longer. They will probably stay in business because of all the Korean business they get, the Koreans don't usually speak English and seem to be happy to just be out of the cold!
