- A spacious apartment: newly renovated unit with 4 bedrooms that definitely be an excellent choice for friends, families and colleagues! The apartment is on the 3rd floor.

+ easy access to Fenway Park, Harvard Square, Boston Common and the airport
+ especially there are a lot of restaurant nearby that you can try all kind of cuisine
- Family friendly:
+ With up to 8 beds and 4 bedrooms, every single family member can stay at one place.

- We are very serious about registering the proper number of guests on Vrbo's platform, unregistered guests will be not allowed to stay. We keep the right to check the number of guests staying in our house if needed. We have a security camera system to control this. The house can accommodate up to 14 guests at a time. But we will open the bedroom based on the number of guests you registered on Vrbo.

- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS...VIOLATIONS WILL WARRANT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITH NO REFUND AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

Destination Boston!
We had a wonderful stay! The view from the kitchen window is amazing! Very convenient location. We were able to walk for groceries, dining and entertainment. Would definitely recommend. It was spacious and very cozy.

Amazing Stay
We loved the stay. There were enough room for my thirteen coworkers and myself. It was spacious, and Jenny was easy to gain contact with! The property was clean as well! Can't wait to stay again.

Great clean location
Had family gathering in prime location to Uber to downtown Boston, JFK library and the Seaport area. Apartment is very clean and worked for our party of 7 well. Host message states that they open the rooms by number in your party. Two rooms accommodate 2 people each and two have bed space for 5 each. So just make sure that you let host know if you expect all four rooms to be available and open. Host was great to contact and communicate with and did quickly get me the info to open the fourth room for our party of 7. Very happy with clean environment and safe neighborhood. Grocery store close by and never waited longer than 10 minutes for Ubers. This is a third floor apartment with step narrow stairs that can be hard for an older adult to climb. Overall very happy with this VRBO and would return.

A nice place to stay
We enjoyed this place to stay. We got lost going there because there is the same address in a different part of town. So double check the address with the zip code when you put it into GPS or order an Uber. The building was a little rough looking on the outside, but the inside was updated and looked great. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building with a very steep flight of stairs to climb. The neighborhood was fine. Nothing special, but we felt safe and it was pretty close to the things we wanted to do. It was clean. The hostess was easy to communicate with. The bed in room 2 was pretty uncomfortable. The mattress was thin and we could feel the springs. Our friends slept in room 1 and I do not know if that one was more comfortable or not. The sheets were low quality and could use an upgrade. Overall, this was a good place to stay and we would stay there again. Thank you for hosting us, Jenny!

place needs lots of repairs/upkeep
1. the entry door lock did not lock. very scared to sleep at night or leave our stuff there. 2. the beds were uncomfortable. mattresses were thin and you would feel box springs come through 3. the back door entry way had a very loose floor board which caused a guest to fall 4. the sheets smelled like wet mildew 5. the bedding was very mediocre 6. there were no coffee cups 7. there was a few broken kitchen drawers 8. coffee pot filter looked old and we were afraid to use I wish the review and property were more accurate.

A Great Place to Stay!
We were very comfortable with our stay. There were beds for all 8 of us in three bedrooms. The biggest challenge is getting to the third floor, but it was well worth getting to the top. We ended up driving and parking where we wanted to go; it wasn’t too far. The washer and dryer were good, but it’s a walk down to the basement, all doable. I recommend staying here.
