Arrived in a snow storm. Staff was helpful- valet parking made everything easier.. great area & historical buildings in the area. Would highly recommend after a long day of travel!

The Battery Wharf Hotel cancelled my reservation the day I was supposed to check in because of engineering problems. They reserved a room for me in a hotel in a different neighborhood, which was inconvenient to the plans I had in Boston.
