I lost heat on my second night. The toilet would not flush. The oven in the studio could not be used for baking. I was also insulted by a member of maintenance. Furthermore, I raised these concerns about my departure and there was no acknowledgement.

This property was rated excellent on Travelocity. I would not consider this an excellent stay. It is convenient but very very old. When we arrived we could not find the thermostat. It was hot and stuffy. Upon calling the office to ask for thermostat location, the office informed us that they would turn on from office. We went out. Upon our return three hours later the AC had been turned off again. With so many comparably priced stays in the area, you do it want to stay here.

Great location. Room is very small, but clean and functional. 2 people max for this room. Need to provide more than 1 face cloth in bath. The weather was hot. Air Conditioning / window unit was old and very noisy. You need to purchase a newer window unit / model.

Everything I needed for a 3 day stay was within a 10 minute walk of the room -- grocery, restaurants, coffeehouses. It was also only a 2 minute walk to the hotel that was hosting my conference. Very comfortable room with full kitchen and living room space.
