Friendly staff. Nice hotel but again they charged my debit card for the room even tho I paid thru Travelocity. Now have wait 5 days for refund

It was relatively easy to get to. Mattresses were really soft - either worn out or lacked support.

Checking out was a bit of a challenge. There was only one person at the desk, someone else was already waiting, and the one person kept answering phone calls instead of attending to us.

The room was outdated and the beds were terrible. I also killed a spider the first morning and a centipede the 3rd morning.

Once I arrived into my room I had to let the office know the bath tub water was coming out brown so they switched me. Once they switched my room it was better, but when I asked the front desk about the laundry room that is what the website state, the front desk said they do not have the accommodation even when I showed the personnel the physical details the website states. My room key always deactivated itself and once I asked about that they said not to have it by my cell phone in which I didn’t but the card kept deactivating. I also went down to the restaurant and used the complimentary breakfast they provided and gave the restaurant manager the tickets. He took all 3 of my complimentary tickets at once where he was only suppose to take one. When I found out about it and complained to the front desk manager she stated she wasn’t there so she can not apeak on what went about ( basically defending the restaurant manager, and calling me a liar)…. Throughout my whole horrible stay I was told they would be giving me a free night stay at any of their hotels and would have the general manager approve it immediately. I checked out Sunday, its now Wednesday and still no points. Worse hotel I have ever stayed. Believe me they are a fraud!
