The room we got was not worth the price we paid. I understand it was halloween weekend, but the room was not worth $310.00

The lobby area was nice. There is a breakfast restaurant, bar area and Starbucks. Both breakfast and Starbucks open only 7-11am. Not sure if that's because of COVID?, but was disappointing. Bed in our room seemed broken as the mattress declined toward the head. We used rolled towels, under the head of the mattress to help correct the problem, although it was still uncomfortable. The ice machine was non functional. The hotel is large, so I'm unsure where another machine was located, but after walking a reasonable amount of time and not finding one, decided I was done trying. With the hotel being so large and parking lot located on either sides of the building, it's very inconvenient to have only one entry point, which was the front of the hotel. There are several exit doors, but none that allow re-entry, even with a key card. You must always re-enter from the main door. I do understand supply and demand, however it seems the facility could have been in a bit better shape for around $500 per night.

Parking lots long walk from front entrance, the room was not cleaned and fresh towels not provided. Can't imagine walking from the parking lots in rain or winter. Really upset about the unmade beds and no towels.

Didnt get the room i was promised. Ordered a king deluxe and ended up with 2 full beds. Very overpriced and staff refused to do anything about it. Pool closed at 830pm which is strange and breakfast wasnt included. Also, the room smelt like body odor when we first walked in. Unprofessional. Wont be coming back.
