Check in around noon time room was ready but Hilton wanted to charge me $75.00 for early check in. So we didnt check in.

Room size was great, parking was pretty easy. Staff quite friendly. Did not like that there was no indication when booking that bar/restaurant were still totally closed due to covid.

The room was clean and spacious. Beautiful finishes. The staff was friendly. However, we were not told parking wasn't included. Also, the restaurant was closed which we didn't know either. There was coffee in the room but the creamer had expired 2 weeks prior.

Nice enough property. Not as centrally located as I hoped. Staff only okay - problems at check in and needed to repeatedly ask for manager to finally get to speak with the manager. once I did, it was clear they’d never heard the statement “the customer is always right”. Parking fee was OUTRAGEOUS (and I’m from NYC) and not made clear enough in listing. The room was nice though, although the heat/ac system was noisy.
