The front desk service has been changed and improved. over the year. They are very attentive toward the guests. And, the quiet room I requested was offered right away. The shuttle pickup at the airport and return to the airport next morning was an easy breeze. The guests are always mature business type, too.
I liked that it was so close to the silver line of the T. It was just what I needed.
The toilet clogged when i peed. I had to shut the water off and call the front desk. They said the maintenance guy has left for the night. That is shitty because now I can’t use the bathroom. Not a good way to run a hotel.
