Our room was given away we were offered a much smaller room. The attendant was not at desk waited 10 min for her to show them she was high, she offered us a handicapped room either of us are. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling shelves in the kitchenettes were hanging off no coffee which stated would be provided in room. No hot water to shower with ask at front desk for a room clean while we would be gone did not get done with more towels which were also not provided. We made reservation 2 months in advanced and she advised that a visitor had requested an extended stay in the room we requested and the room was not cleaned in time for our check in. I’m am completed disgusted with the quality of stay we had.

The property was conviently just outside of Boston and not too far from the train. It had a kitchenette to fix meals. The initial staff member was very helpful at check in. VERY DIRTY. Pubic hairs still in shower. We lifted the hide-a-bed couch and under the couch had not been cleaned for months. We had large ants roaming throughout. Staff came and vacuumed up whatever ants he could find but did nothing else. Aunts surfaced again by night. Very surface cleaned not deep cleaned. Staff was made aware of issues. No rooms to switch too according to Staff. I do not recommend.
