We booked a double room, but were given a single king bed. We checked in at 2am so no energy to work to get it changed.

Computers were down when we checked in. We got a double double instead of our king. The man at the front desk has never stepped foot in a room in this hotel. Without the computer he did not know which rooms were a king. He said he would call when he had figured it out. Instead we got a call hours later asking who was staying in this room because they weren't sure. Anyway, I totally understand technology is not perfect. I know when systems are down it can be stressful. I'm sure they were doing the best they could under given the circumstances. I'm just sharing my experience. To their credit, today we got a very late check out and that was very much appreciated and I would come back.

No hot water when I called down the repair man came fixed it I got in and the water went back cold after less then five minutes
