Thank You for sharing some feedback about your overall disappointment in your recent stay. We are terribly sorry to hear that the ongoing renovations impacted your stay significantly. We can certainly understand your frustration and do apologize. We can assure you that not only is the safety and security of our associates at the forefront but that of the guest as well. While there maybe one associate at the Front Desk, there are additional associates in Housekeeping, Maintenance and the restaurant along with a Manager on Duty. We are nearing the completion of an extensive overhaul of the building and are very excited for the finished product. We understand that your previous experience did not meet expectations and we hope that you will provide us with another opportunity in the future.
