Like many hotels during the pandemic, the facility was understaffed. The disturbing thing was the state of disrepair in our room. We had a dead phone & even though I reported it, no action was taken. Shades were missing off of our lamps, and the barn door on the bathroom really underplays privacy.

The hotel is very modern, everything is there Just I was missing the big curtains in my room,and a regular tub combination Laslty i left a night before

New hotel with big TVs and great wifi, breakfast and service. Best holiday inn ive ever stayed at (and I stay at a lot)
