    • Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort

    Wasn’t impressed with the location and the fact there was no parking onsite. I was charged an additional $28 for parking in a garage 2 blocks away, which I had to walk to in the rain the next morning. No onsite shuttle like the site said either. Room was very drab and beds were uncomfortable. For the price I was disappointed.

      Customer Service, it’s not there!

      Honestly, the check-in device is awful, front desk service is awful, the maid kept knocking my room befor me my check out! From start to end, it’s the worse of Boston!
