The property offers a beautiful setting. Other reviews comment on the size of the rooms. Ours was a little smaller than many other hotel rooms but it was quite comfortable. The room was clean, well-appointed and well-maintained. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

Accessible rooms are NOT accessible. The bathroom actually looked fine. The railing next to the toilet didn't block wheelchair access. The shower looked like a roll in shower with a fold down bench (i didn't use it). The problem was the bed was about 36" high! The ADA guideline states the bed height should be 20" - 23". I was given an air mattress which was too low and wobbly for me to get out of. It also had a leak and every 1/2 hour I needed to refill it with the control. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep. One nice thing was the staff were helpful in getting me out of the bed and back in my wheelchair. Of course on checkout I was ignored as people cut in front of me. I am used to this and have learned to assert myself. All in all I would have been better off at a Super 8.

Wedding guests

Pros: It was clean and staff was nice.
Cons: if you don't link rooms together for the block, it should be noted at the time of booking. Staff was not aware that I had called to link them.
Location: Very pretty, although the wedding location was on site and a short distance, I would not want to walk in the dark at night.
We got to the hotel earlier than check in. We were informed the rooms would not be ready for a while. The woman at the desk, took our cell number and told us she would let us know when our rooms were ready. By the time we finished our lunch, we had a call that our rooms were ready. I had booked our rooms through Expedia, and phoned the hotel after to link us to the block of rooms for the wedding. We were stuck on the ground floor and the other wedding guests that we knew were on the 3rd floor.

Could have been better!

Room cleanliness was disturbing (dust piles, dirty coffee mugs, insects) and when communicated with staff, they could only apologize without a solution.

Convenient Comfort

Friendly, helpful staff who pleasantly attempted to help with every request. Heater was loud and refrigerator stopped working while we were there. Would stay again as didn’t need use of fridge and bed comfortable. Very quiet, peaceful.

Convenient

Pros: Convenience was best.
Cons: Tighten up the bed...
Location: Downtown Beverly had minimal things to do, but I was there on business so it was fine. The general area is beautiful
Worked well as I attended an event at Endicott College. The Inn was staffed by students, the one I had checking me in was average. The room was clean but the bed squeaked, but the bedding was nice. They put me in a room right by the road which was noisier than I thought it would be for such a rural area. Fine for one night.
