    A special Birthday Gift

    I came for two nights with my son on his birthaday. When we arrived I mentioned to the staff at the fron t desk that it was his birthday ( much to his dismay as I was telling everyone and he was getting embarassed by his overly emotional & proud dad :) After some wonderful birthday well wishes from the staf at the desk we headed out to see the city. When we arrived back in our room there was a beautiful cake with his name on it and a card addressed to "Little Mr Daye" his eyes lit up and he was so excited and appreciative. It meant a lot to both him and I that you all were able to do something like that and i cant thank you enough. Please let your staff know how much that meant and i will certainly recommend your hotel to anyone heading into the Boston area. Thanks so much

    The check in process was difficult. They did not have our reservation. We had to wait until a manager had to check in a Back office of 3rd party reservations. We made it clear we booked thru Expedia and the staff kept looking but could not find it. We had to call Expedia to then call the hotel to confirm our reservation.
