The room was very spacious and comfortable. The only thing that bothered us was the super noisy air conditioning. But overall very good stay. We recommended it.

We've stayed at different Homewood Suites before and likely will again. One really cool thing about this location is they have a mixer Monday through Thursday evenings with free food, beer, and wine. However, the less than great thing about this location is it's loud. Not the guests but the room. The AC sounds like a jet engine. The toilet sounds like an emergency water release at a dam. We'd probably stay again but bring earplugs.

This hotel needs a major upgrade!

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because of the high Travelocity rating (4.4 out of 5). Boy were we disappointed! In fact, we checked out early and found a different hotel for the second night. There are many options in Boulder and in order to compete, this particular Homewood Suites needs a major remodel. Pros: Bed was comfy and we slept well. Very quiet. Cons: Room smelled of cooking when we arrived. Living room was dark, even with all the lights on. And the worst part of it....the shower was lukewarm at best, even after ten minutes. We like the Homewood brand however we won't be returning to this particular one.

Wonderful experience.

Pros: Sandra was awesome!!!
Cons: The heater in our room (113) didn't seem to work with much consistency.
Location: Location was perfect since we spent 6 days there and were able to tour the area! Lots to do and would love to go back!
This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The staff, especially Sandra, were friendly and very helpful. We didn't know we would be served dinner as well as breakfast!

Great Place to Stay for Family of 4

Pros: We enjoyed our entire 5 night stay. The room was close to hiking, parks, great restaurants, and Pearl Street. The breakfast served each morning was good and staff were friendly.
Cons: The dinner served on Monday night could have been better.
Location: The Flatirons hiking trails and Pearl Street are very close.

Great, welcoming, "homey", high quality hotel

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Being a college town, Boulder has a number of "not-so-great" motels and hotels near the campus. The Homewood Suites is a very short drive away from the campus, but has great suite rooms, great service and attitude, and free full breakfasts in the morning and drinks and snacks at cocktail hour.

Nice place

Overall experience was nice. Rooms were clean, staff was polite. Breakfast offered us lots of choices. Just there for one night but would stay there again. Was a bit tricky to locate the first time due to it being behind several other buildings.
