This cute quiet home is 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, sitting on an acre of land.

Room 1: This is the master bedroom. It has a queen sized bed and balcony that overlooks the property.

Room 2: This bedroom has a double size bed and a small Juliet balcony that overlooks the land.

This property is close to two Savannah Lakes golf courses and Hickory Knob. Sumter National Forest is everywhere around if you want to hunt, and off-roading nearby as well. Huge boat ramp and great fishing or water play - Clark's Hill has great fishing.
Augusta is 45 minutes away - perfect place to stay for the Masters. Watch for deer at the feeder in mornings and evenings.

We have stayed on multiple occasions. The home meets all of our needs and is comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, lots of room for parking with boats, check in is super easy.
