Logement parfait pour étudiants
Nous nous devons de donner un avis objectif sur ce logement en vue des derniers commentaires. Le logement est effectivement dans son jus, le mobilier est de premier prix voire à changer (pas de vrais matelas mais surmatelas, table). En revanche, c’est un excellent rapport qualité prix car le logement reste fonctionnel, super terasse, salle de bain propre (douche étroite mais fait complètement l’affaire !). Il nous a convenu car nous rentrions seulement pour dormir et se doucher ou bien manger sur la terasse. Honnêtement il est correct pour un couple seulement qui bouge beaucoup :) Super emplacement. Très pratique. Merci ! Paul & Léone

Cuisine rudimentaire, impossible de préparer un repas pour plus d'une personne, couchage pas confortable (canapé-lit), impossible d'avoir sa place de parking car toujours occupé, rangement à revoir, il manquait un ventilateur car pas de clim, télécommande de barrière HS, il manque une poubelle dans la salle de bain, douche très étroite, moustiquaire déchirée mais la vue est agréable et la résidence calme, rénové il serait super sympa.

Bonjour à tous , je suis désolé de donner un avis négatif mais pas le choix d'être réaliste....je rejoins les gens qui on laissé aussi un avis négatif . Car les avis positifs ne sont pas réaliste.il est temps de rénover la pièce et de faire un bon coup de ménage....dès que l'on arrive odeur particulière de renfermée, meuble vétuste, matelas de lit usée, bricolage électrique (du Scotch pour réparer interrupteurs de lampe et câble halogène).la vmc ne fonctionne pas. Tous semble être à l'abandon volets sale et non entretenu ....Mme et Mr les propriétaires vous gagné de l'argent pour louer bien ok c'est normal mais il serait temps investir rénover la pièce et aussi la terrasse et arrêter le bricolage grossier

Très agréable séjour !
Séjour très agréable dans ce studio très bien situé sur les hauteurs, à 10 mn à pieds du centre. La terrasse est vraiment top ! Logement propre et bien équipé. Procédures d'arrivée et de départ simples. Il manquait juste, faute de climatisation, un ventilateur pour rafraîchir un peu l'air. Une location à prendre sans hésiter !

Malgrado alcune recensioni non proprio positive, siamo stati attratti da questo annuncio che offriva, a un prezzo onesto, una posizione centrale e un terrazzo con vista. Posso dire che abbiamo fatto bene: appartamento in zona tranquilla ma centrale, terrazzino con vista per fare colazione e cena, dotato di tutto ciò che serve in cucina. Bagno completo di tutto e asciugamani in abbondanza. Perfetto per due persone ma dotato di un divano letto matrimoniale per eventuali altri due ospiti. What else? Noi lo raccomandiamo.
